Kuo can cook

I've become addicted to cooking lately. It started two days ago with fried rice. Then yesterday I made a tofu vegetable stir fry with shitake mushrooms, snap peas, and carrots. Today I made salmon with a soy sauce, rice wine vinegar, and ginger glaze on top of a bed of spinach sauteed with garlic and couscous seasoned with cilantro.
