İshak Pasha Palace
The İshak Pasha Palace and the ruins of a nearby mosque. In the distance is the border town of Doğubeyazit. To the right, around the corner, Mt. Ararat rises off the plains. Unfortunately, the Palace was closed on the day of our visit, much to our (and to the various groups of Turkish families who also came to rattle the chains fastened to the iron door) disappointment.
